Booking your hols!

Once availability has been confirmed please check the following steps.

1.Read the terms of stay and booking conditions before you confirm yes when filling in the booking form.

2.Complete and send the booking form with as much infomation as possible.

3.Your booking deposit is normally 20% of the accommodation price unless otherwise discussed.

4.If you are booking your stay 8 weeks before the holiday date then a 20% deposit will be required. If less than 8 weeks the full balance will be necessary.

5.Paying by cheque, cheques can be made payable to The Mountain Rescue and posted to our UK office

6.Details will be provided for paying by bank transfer

7.Once we have received the booking form we will hold your week for four working days whilst we wait for payment.

8.When the payment is received we will send you a confirmation of booking and recipt along with details of the balance payment. ( we will send you a reminder ahead of this time)

Airport Transfers

To take advantage of our airport transfer service please fill in the necessary info on the Airport Transfer page, we will get back to you with the price and we can confirm with you at a later date,
 
If you don't have the details but would like to use the service please just add that you require the service on the online booking form.

Carbon Neutral Trip Details.

A simple opportunity to offset your carbon emissions for your holiday with help from us.
We are happy to go halves with you on the cost of planting a tree or supporting CER clean energy projects.

Choices:

CER £ 5.50 to offset 0.333 tonnes (you pay £2.75 we pay £2.75)
Reforestation in Kenya £ 7.50 to pledge 1 tree (you pay £3.75 we pay £3.75)

Once you have pledged to pay we add half the amount to your booking fee and we pay the other. Once this is done we will send you your Carbon Footprint Certificate with your name on and description of your donation
