Chalet La Tannerie, Les Arcs is a old converted farm house, now sleeping 12 people comfortably but can accommodate up to a maximum of 14. The chalet is located a few minutes walk from the lifts and a with use of sauna its great value.

It consists of the lower three floors out of the restored farmhouse. The upper level with 3 bedrooms is independent with a private entrance via stairs on the side on the buildin

Description:

Ground floor :

Living room with fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, WIFI, dining for 14, large open kitchen and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking facilities available.

1st floor :

2 double bedrooms with 2 beds

1 triple bedroom with 3 beds

2 en suite showers and 1 en suite bath

1 WC

2nd floor :  (Independent access)

3 bedrooms with 2 beds (1 extra drawer bed in one room))

2 en suite showers

1 en suite bath and WC (same room)

1 WC independent

Small living room with fireplace.

In addition there is a large adjoining room with sauna, shower and boot dryer which is shared with the other chalets. There is a private ski locker just

Optional services:

Cleaning Service: You can rent the chalet and clean yourself or there is the option of using the cleaning on departure service which costs 90€.

Keep the fire burning, firewood 10€ per sack.
 
Bed Linen : All the beds made up for your arrival, 10€ per bed including sheet rental.
Rental of sheets and quilt covers 7€, towels 4€, dishtowels 4€ for 7

Possibility of ski passes at -5% delivered to the chalet if ordered a week in advance.

Reduction of 10% on ski hire also giving access to very practical ski lockers at the top of the cable car back to the villa
