La Tannerie
Chalet
Chalet La Tannerie, Les Arcs is a old converted farm house, now sleeping 12 people comfortably but can accommodate up to a maximum of 14. The chalet is located a few minutes walk from the lifts and a with use of sauna its great value.
It consists of the lower three floors out of the restored farmhouse. The upper level with 3 bedrooms is independent with a private entrance via stairs on the side on the building.
Facilities
Included charges (water, heating), the French “taxe de séjour” Use of the sauna from 16h30/17h to 19h30. Car parking in close proximity to the building and short term parking is possible at the entrance for loading/unloading the vehicle.

Ground floor :
Living room with fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, DVD, WIFI, dining for 14, large open kitchen and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking facilities available.

2 en suite showers and 1 en suite bath

2nd floor : (Independent access)

Small living room with fireplace.
In addition there is a large adjoining room with sauna, shower and boot dryer which is shared with the other chalets. There is a private ski locker just outside.
Rental of sheets and quilt covers Possibility of ski passes at -5% delivered to the chalet if ordered a week in advance. Reduction of 10% on ski hire also giving access to very practical ski lockers at the top of the cable car back to the village.

Optional Facilities
Cleaning Service: You can rent the chalet and clean yourself or there is the option of using the cleaning on departure service which costs 90€.
Keep the fire burning, firewood 10€ per sack.
Bed Linen : All the beds made up for your arrival, 10€ per bed including sheet rental.
