I would just like to say on behalf of our group, that we all had a fantastic time. The chalet was more spacious than any of us had envisaged and the rooms were the best quality we have stayed in. The service we received from the team was first class and they all went out of their way to ensure we all had an enjoyable stay.
I would also like to say that considering we were very awkard with all our eating issues/allergies etc, there were never any problems and everyone ate superbly well. Thank you to all the team for making our holiday so great!
Sorry I missed you when you visited, it would have been nice to thank you personally for all your hard work in ensuring the week went as smoothly as it did.

I really would like to thank your team, Jane, Joe and Simon, at chalet Richermoz for looking after us so well (week 14/2 - 21/2). It was my first experience in a catered chalet and something I would definitely want to do again. Nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel so welcome and the food and service was excellent.
Also Jane has gone out of her way to help my son find work in a ski resort, so I would like to thank her especially for that.

Warm chalet, warm welcome
In our experience, there are two things that make a chalet feel especially warm and welcoming. Firstly, a roaring log fire to banish those chilly fingers and toes. And secondly, friendly and experienced staff to make you feel totally looked-after - but totally at home.
Chalet Richermoz has both of these and much more. It is a luxury 18/20 person chalet that brings together a traditional alpine feel and the modern facilities you expect from a newly-built chalet. It has large, beautifully-finished rooms and a range of luxuries. A very comfortable place to relax.
Ground Floor
Ski Store - the ski room has a large boot dryer/warmer and plenty of room for 20 people to store skis and snowboards.
Sauna/Steam Room - a 10-person sauna and steam room with seating area and massage shower. The chalet also has a gym area equipped with a cross trainer and rowing machine.
First Floor
Lounge area - with a large seating area in front of a roaring fire (don't worry - we'll get it going for you while you're out on the slopes). The lounge also contains a iPod Dock, large LCD TV, Satalite T.V (Sky) and DVD player.
Dining area - fit everyone around the long dining table, where your breakfast and evening meals will be served by our professional chalet team.
Tea and coffee making area - just help yourselves at any time. We'll keep it stocked up.
First Floor Bedrooms - Four twin/double bedrooms with full en-suite.
Second Floor
Second Floor Bedrooms One family suite - full en-suite with 2 separate twin/double bedrooms and private balcony.
Two 2/3 person bedrooms - full en-suite with private balcony.
One twin/double bedroom - full en-suite with walk-in wardrobe.
